4. RETURN PROCESS

Once the return request is received, the product will be collected and inspected after it reaches us.

5. REFUND

After the returned product is received and successfully passes our inspection, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment gateway and banking processing timelines.

6. FREE RETURNS

YO HIGHNESS provides free returns for eligible products. Return eligibility is subject to the condition of the product, tags and original packaging.

7. NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

A return may be rejected if the product is used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or returned without the original tags or packaging.

8. CANCELLATION
